At  AuxEn we measure the impact that our courses have for our learners This is how we do it.

Methodology for Measuring Impact

After the course, our learners fill Self Assessment Impact Survey where they assess themselves on different parameters pre and post taking the course. This helps us in measuring the impact and helps in making the courses even more beneficial and impactful for our Learners.

The Impact was assessed for the following parameters

• Software Proficiency
• Conceptual Understanding
• Understanding of IS Code
• Performance at Work (applicable for Working Professionals, Self employed Learners)
• Help in Job Search (applicable for Learners seeking Job in Structural/Civil Engineering)
• Help in Studies/Coursework (applicable for Learners pursuing Undergraduate/Graduate degrees)
